DJ Speedsta In Studio, Riky Rick Merch Sold Out & Nasty Going On 27-City Tour

Hip Hop DJ, radio host and artist in his own right, DJ Speedsta is working on his debut album with prolific producer Tweezy on production. Following a string of hits over the last few years, Speedsta is finally working on his album set for release some time this year. Known for breaking new artists by featuring relatively unknown names on his tracks, the DJ has carved his own lane with his distinctive sound and choice of features.

It should be interesting to see who will feature on the album; Frank Casino, Yung Swiss, J Molley and Zooci Coke Dope are just some of the fresh new names to have worked with the DJ in recent months. His ability to put together the most suitable group of artists to make the best music together is faultless.

Set to release his sophomore album under Universal Music Group, Nasty C is said to be going on a 27-city winter tour from the middle of the year. Fresh of the IVYSON tour at the end of last year, Nasty is reportedly working on his sophomore album of the same name. Rumours are also abound of the rapper relocating to the states to pursue a global rap career. If anyone from SA stands a chance on the global rap stage, a major label backed Nasty stands the best chance.

Riky Rick dropped his Cotton Club Records merchandise this weekend at the RHTC store in Braamfontein. Judging by social media posts by both Riky and RHTC, the merch seems to have sold out after fans queued down the bustling Juta street to get their hands on the Cotton Club Records merch and other street labels sold at the store.
