Sneaker Exchange is a platform for sneaker heads to buy, sell and barter kicks and other exclusive accessories on the day. In addition to SXC’s very own store Lost Property, Magents, Cop Capital, Mr Sponge and a host of other indie apparel outlets were on show.
Didier from Magents, Fred Mercury and Mome were on speakers on the day, sharing their knowledge on urban street wear and culture. Sneaker Talk is a platform to learn from some of the best in the game.
It wouldn’t be sneaker culture without the music that powers urban youth culture, hip-hop. On the day, we saw performances from Family Tree first lady Nadia Nakai, DJ Capital, fresh new talent J Molley and the Kaapstad mayor Youngsta.
